The Cottage Hotel, Hope Cove

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a stunning view of Hope Cove. While there is a damp smell present and room maintenance needs improvement, the overall experience is positive. The location is superb with fabulous views over Hope Cove, making it a fantastic venue. However, the dining experience, although delicious, could be improved with more variety. The friendly service and excellent location make it a top choice in the Salcombe area and around.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with breathtaking views over Hope Cove. The room was smaller than expected but was clean and comfy, and the terrace bar below was a nice touch. The service was good overall, although the room was on the smaller side. The location was fantastic, right in front of the beautiful Hope Cove village and with stunning views. The dining experience was fantastic with a good choice of hot and well-cooked options. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the organic products available.

The hotel was fantastic with spacious rooms, a slight hiccup due to ongoing building works, yet providing an excellent sized bathroom with a splendid sea view from the balcony. The service was top-notch, and the location offered picturesque views in a quaint village. The dining experience, although good, lacked some variety. Overall, a great stay with minor room for improvement.
